선의 적층으로 만들어진 공간
본 프로젝트는 디지털 제작 방식과 물리적 공간 경험의 경계를 허물고, 창의적 활동이 가능한 새로운 건축 환경을 제안하는 데서 출발한다. 사이트 분석을 통해 대상지는 업무 중심의 프로그램이 주를 이루며, 사용자들이 머물고 교류할 수 있는 문화·창작 공간이 부족하다는 점을 확인하였다. 이에 따라 갤러리와 공방 기능을 도입하여 단순한 업무 공간을 넘어, 창작과 전시, 체험이 공존하는 복합적인 공간을 계획하였다. 

형태적 개념은 3D 프린팅의 적층 방식에서 출발한다. 필라멘트가 선 단위로 쌓이며 공간을 형성하는 원리를 건축적으로 해석하여, 라탄 공예의 엮임 구조를 모티브로 삼았다. 이를 전선이라는 재료적 개념으로 확장하여 선의 반복과 교차를 통해 유기적인 형태를 구현하였으며, 내부 공간은 곡면과 연속적인 동선을 통해 하나의 흐름으로 연결된다. 이러한 구조는 빛과 그림자의 변화를 만들어내며, 사용자에게 새로운 감각적 공간 경험을 제공한다.

Space Formed by Layered Lines

This project begins with the intention of breaking down the boundary between digital fabrication and physical spatial experience, proposing a new architectural environment that supports creative activities. Through site analysis, it was identified that the area is dominated by office-oriented programs, lacking spaces for users to stay, interact, and engage in cultural or creative activities. In response, gallery and workshop programs were introduced to create a hybrid space where working, making, and exhibiting coexist. 

The formal concept is derived from the layering process of 3D printing. By interpreting how filament accumulates line by line to form surfaces and volumes, the project adopts the weaving logic of rattan craft as its architectural language. This concept is further translated into a structural system inspired by electrical cables, where repetition and interlacing of lines generate an organic form. The interior space is composed of continuous curves and fluid circulation, creating a seamless spatial flow enriched by dynamic light and shadow.
